6912 Announcement: The company, together with its controlling subsidiary Sichuan Weixin Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Yuexin Jiyuan Investment Co., Ltd., jointly invested to establish Sichuan Weiyi Yuanzhao Technology Co., Ltd. Sichuan Weiyi Yuanzhao Technology Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of RMB 5 million, of which the company subscribes to a registered capital of RMB 1.7 million with its own funds, holding a 34% stake, and Sichuan Weixin subscribes to a registered capital of RMB 1.65 million with its own funds, holding a 33% stake. After this investment, Sichuan Weiyi Yuanzhao Technology Co., Ltd. becomes a controlling subsidiary of the company and is included in the company's consolidated financial statements
