Jet Bio-Filtration: The industrial fund has completed business registration
Jet Bio-Filtration announced that the Guangzhou Zengcheng Nante Biomedical Investment Partnership, co-funded by the company, Guangzhou Nanyue Aoyang Fund Management Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Nanyue Fund Group Co., Ltd., has completed the business registration procedures and obtained the "Business License" issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City. The total investment amount of the industrial fund is RMB 50.01 million, with Jet Bio-Filtration as a limited partner contributing RMB 25 million, accounting for 49.99% of the subscribed capital. The industrial fund mainly invests in early and mid-stage biomedical projects
