IMEIK: Acquisition of controlling stake in South Korea's REGEN Biotech, Inc. has been completed
IMEIK announced that on September 10, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary IMEIK Hong Kong, together with Aisheng Shourui Limited, established IMEIK International and completed the acquisition of 85% of the shares of South Korea's REGEN Biotech, Inc. for USD 190 million in cash. As of the date of this announcement, the transaction has been fully settled, and the company has effectively acquired 59.5% of REGEN in South Korea. This acquisition is beneficial for the company to expand its international market, enhance future profitability, and strengthen its core competitiveness
