IREIT Global Group Pte. Ltd., the manager of IREIT Global, has disclosed that its subsidiaries holding the Berlin Campus property have been served with a payment order by former tenant Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV).
According to the filing, the payment order (Mahnbescheid) was issued by the local court of Berlin-Wedding on 10 September 2025. The order stems from a claim initiated by DRV, which had previously been the main tenant at the Berlin Campus.
Legal counsel for IREIT confirmed that the court has not yet assessed the merits of DRV’s claim.
The subsidiaries have until 10 October 2025 to object. If they do, the case will move to the Berlin district court for full legal proceedings.
IREIT said it considers the claim unlikely to succeed and is taking legal advice to defend its position.
The manager cautioned unitholders and investors to be careful when trading IREIT units and said updates will be provided as the case develops.
