On September 15, 2025, Zhongyuan Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. announced that it has completed the redemption of 500 million yuan for the second phase of the 2023 medium-term notes as scheduled. The medium-term notes were issued on September 12, 2023, in the national interbank bond market, with an issuance amount of 500 million yuan, a coupon rate of 3.05%, and a term of 2+1 years. Recently, after the company exercised its option to adjust the coupon rate, all investors exercised their put option, with September 14, 2025, being the redemption date.
