On September 16, 2025, Anhui Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Anhui Construction Engineering Group Holdings Co., Ltd., has completed its shareholding increase plan. From May 29 to September 12, 2025, Construction Holdings increased its holdings by a total of 34,330,010 shares, accounting for approximately 2.00% of the total share capital, with an increase amount of 163,076,974.28 yuan. After the change in equity, Construction Holdings' shareholding ratio increased from 33.28% to 34.14%, without violating commitments and without triggering mandatory takeover obligations. This increase complies with relevant regulations, has not affected the company's listing status, nor has it led to changes in the controlling shareholder and actual controller. The company has fulfilled its information disclosure obligations in accordance with regulations
