Leaderdrive announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Zuo Jing, reduced his holdings by 913,100 shares through centralized bidding from June 25, 2025, to September 15, 2025, and reduced his holdings by 1,832,000 shares through block trading, totaling a reduction of 2,745,100 shares, accounting for 1.4974% of the company's total share capital, with a reduction price range of 119.99 to 158.99 yuan/share; Zuo Yuyu reduced his holdings by 908,800 shares through centralized bidding from June 25, 2025, to September 5, 2025, and reduced his holdings by 1,832,000 shares through block trading, totaling a reduction of 2,740,800 shares, accounting for 1.4950% of the company's total share capital, with a reduction price range of 121.08 to 159.1 yuan/share. This reduction plan has been fully implemented
