TALENT PPT GP (00760.HK) announced the sale of a piece of idle commercial land located in Guangling District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a total area of approximately 34,724 square meters, to the People's Government of Guangling District, Yangzhou City, for a cash consideration of RMB 81.6 million. It is estimated that the pre-tax loss from the sale will be approximately RMB 2.45 million
