According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Guizhou Nengkui Smart Electric Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes the sale of charging piles; operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure; sale of new energy vehicle battery swapping facilities; and sale of Internet of Things devices, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by NENGHUI TECH
