Recently, Yifi Laser's subsidiary Guangdong Yike Xing successfully launched the industry's first 180ppm large cylindrical battery cover automatic assembly line, achieving a significant breakthrough in mass production efficiency and quality for the 46 series cylindrical battery cover assembly solution. This production line, through a newly designed structure and layout, integrates a high-precision positioning system and full-process digital inspection configurations, overcoming the long-standing "bottleneck" problem that has constrained the dual improvement of mass production efficiency and quality control in the automatic assembly of large cylindrical battery covers, greatly enhancing the yield and capacity of cover assembly while effectively reducing production costs
