YIBAI PHARMACEUTICAL: Children's cough syrup resumes production and sales

YIBAI PHARMACEUTICAL announced that the company suspended the production and sale of children's cough syrup in August 2025 due to receiving the "Notice of Suspension of Production and Sales" from the Guizhou Provincial Drug Administration. After rectification, the company received the "Notice of Lifting Suspension of Production/Sales" on September 16, 2025, and the suspension measures for the children's cough syrup product have been lifted. Currently, the company has resumed the production and sale of this product. From 2021 to 2024, the operating revenues of children's cough syrup were 3.42 million yuan, 4.32 million yuan, 8.38 million yuan, and 1.51 million yuan, respectively, accounting for a small proportion of the company's consolidated revenue during the same period. It is expected that the resumption of production and sales will not have a significant impact on the company's performance
