CFLD: The cumulative amount of debt restructuring has reached 192.669 billion yuan

CFLD announced that as of August 31, 2025, the company has cumulatively achieved a debt restructuring amount of approximately 192.669 billion yuan through contracts and other means, which includes 37.13 billion yuan of domestic corporate bonds and 33.532 billion yuan of overseas dollar bonds. In addition, the company's "Happiness Selected Platform" and "Happiness Preferred Platform," built through equity of its subsidiaries, have compensated for financial and operational debts totaling approximately 23.628 billion yuan. As of the same date, the total amount of debts that the company has failed to repay on time is 24 billion yuan. Between August 1 and August 31, the company had new litigation and arbitration matters involving a total amount of 1.405 billion yuan, including 233 million yuan in plaintiff cases and 1.172 billion yuan in defendant cases
