Foresight Technology: Inquiry for transfer pricing at 72.08 yuan/share

Foresight announced that the company's shareholder Lu Tichao has preliminarily determined the transfer price through inquiry to be 72.08 yuan/share. This transfer will not be conducted through centralized bidding or block trading, and the transferee may not transfer the shares within 6 months after the acquisition. After negotiations between the transferor and the organizing brokerage, it has been decided to initiate an additional subscription procedure, with the deadline for additional subscriptions set for September 24, 2025.
