The original shareholders of CHONGQING M&E, JianGong Group, fully transferred 6.3% of the company's shares
CHONGQING M&E (02722.HK) announced that the original shareholder, JianGong Group, will transfer all of its 6.3% shares in the company to Chongqing M&E Group. After the transaction is completed, JianGong Group will no longer hold any shares in the company, while Chongqing M&E Group will hold 61.04% of the company's shares. The company's indirect controlling shareholder remains YuFu Holdings, and the Chongqing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission is still the ultimate controlling shareholder of the company
