Long Ping High-Tech: The company enjoys the right to independently carry out market protection and anti-counterfeiting for the corn inbred line "QD001"

Long Ping High-Tech announced that the Guizhou Province Drought Grain Research Institute has authorized Long Ping High-Tech to use the corn inbred line "QD001" under an exclusive license as of December 2024, and Long Ping High-Tech has the right to independently conduct market protection and anti-counterfeiting for the corn inbred line "QD001". Any unit and/or individual that uses, produces, breeds, transports, stores, processes, packages, sells, or promises to sell the corn inbred line "QD001" without authorization from Long Ping High-Tech, as well as those that produce and breed corn hybrids using the corn inbred line "QD001", and engage in the transportation, storage, processing, sale, or promise to sell corn hybrids produced and bred from the corn inbred line "QD001", will constitute an infringement of the intellectual property rights of the corn inbred line "QD001" and the legitimate rights and interests of Long Ping High-Tech. Long Ping High-Tech will legally protect its legitimate rights and interests and will resolutely pursue the legal responsibilities of the infringing parties through all legal means, including "criminal reporting", "administrative complaints", and "civil litigation"
