HENGDA: The transfer and sale of receivables has been completed
HENGDA announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Evergrande Internet, has transferred its receivables from Cao Zhenjun to Changsha Liande for a transfer price of 6.3 million yuan. As of the announcement date, Changsha Liande has fully paid the remaining 3.3 million yuan of the receivable transfer payment, and the transfer has been completed. This transaction is expected to increase the company's net profit by approximately 6.27 million yuan for the fiscal year 2025
