According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XILONG SCIENTIFIC (002584.SZ) announced that some of its actual controllers, Mr. Huang Weibao, Mr. Huang Weipeng, Mr. Huang Zhenkai, and Mr. Huang Zhenjie, collectively hold 93.3447 million shares (accounting for 15.95% of the company's total share capital) and plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 17.5564 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital
