JIUZHOUYIGUI TECH sued CHINA RAILWAY Third Engineering Bureau, alleging that it owes payment for the Beijing subway project, involving an amount of 27 million yuan

On September 22, it was reported that JIUZHOUYIGUI TECH filed a lawsuit against the court on September 19, seeking to recover what it believes is overdue payment and late payment losses owed by China Railway Third Bureau, totaling up to 27.5366 million yuan. The two parties have been cooperating since 2014, and JIUZHOUYIGUI TECH claims to have fully fulfilled its contractual obligations, but China Railway Third Bureau has not yet paid the outstanding amount. JIUZHOUYIGUI TECH stated that the lawsuit will not affect the company's normal production and operations, but if some or all of the accounts receivable are not recovered, it may adversely affect the company's profits and losses
