LAT: The court has ruled to accept the company's restructuring

ST LAT announced that on September 23, 2025, the company received the Sichuan Province Chengdu Intermediate People's Court's delivery of Civil Ruling No. Chuan 01 Po Shen 19, which accepted the company's reorganization application. On the same day, the Chengdu Intermediate Court appointed Beijing King & Wood Mallesons as the company's administrator. Due to the Chengdu Intermediate Court's legal ruling to accept the company's reorganization application, the company's stock trading will be subject to delisting risk warnings, and the stock abbreviation will change to "*ST LAT," while the securities code remains "000697." The daily price fluctuation limit for the company's stock trading will still be 5%. The company's stock will be suspended from trading for one day starting from the market opening on September 24, 2025, and will resume trading from the market opening on September 25, 2025
