According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Carthane (603037.SH) announced that the company's original actual controllers were Yang Jiangang, Hou Zhenkun, Yang Yingtao, and Hou Ruihong. On September 22, 2025, the company's board of directors completed its re-election, and the fifth board of directors has been formed. Yang Jiangang and Hou Zhenkun will continue to serve as the company's chairman and general manager, respectively, while Yang Yingtao and Hou Ruihong will no longer serve as directors of the company.
