The departure of core technical personnel from SINOSTEEL LNMTC has little impact on the company
CITIC Construction Investment Securities conducted an investigation into the resignation of Wang Gang, a core technical staff member of SINOSTEEL LNMTC. Wang Gang resigned for personal reasons, has completed the handover of his work, and no longer holds positions in the company and its subsidiaries, nor does he hold direct shares. The projects he participated in during his tenure have been handed over, which does not affect the R&D process, and the intellectual property belongs to the company, with no disputes. He has signed confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and no violations have been found. As of June 30, 2025, the company has 318 R&D personnel, accounting for 12.17%
