SHCF: Tian Ming resigns as Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant, Zhou Chang'e appointed as Chief Accountant
On September 26, SHCF announced that the company's board of directors received the resignation letter from the company's deputy general manager and chief accountant, Tian Ming, on September 25, 2025. Tian Ming applied to resign from the positions of deputy general manager and chief accountant due to job changes and will not hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries after resigning. The company's board of directors agreed to appoint Zhou Chang'e as the company's chief accountant, with a term starting from the date of the board's approval until the end of the term of the 11th board of directors
