Shenyang Chem: Chen Shukang resigns as General Manager, Chen Liguo takes over

On September 26th, Shenyang Chem announced that the company's board of directors received the resignation letter from General Manager Chen Shukang. Chen Shukang resigned from the position of General Manager due to work reasons but will continue to serve as a director of the company after his resignation. Chen Shukang's resignation letter takes effect upon delivery to the company's board of directors. On the same day, Shenyang Chem announced that the company held the eighth meeting of the tenth board of directors, which reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of the Company's General Manager." Following the chairman's nomination and the qualification review by the board's nomination committee, the current board of directors agreed to appoint Chen Liguo as the company's General Manager, with a term from the date of approval by this board of directors until the expiration of the tenth board of directors
