On September 16, 2025, Henan AnCai GaoKe Co., Ltd. held the 28th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors, reviewing and approving the acquisition of 100% equity of Henan GaoChun Mineral Technology Co., Ltd. held by Luoning Zhongtianli through a non-public agreement transfer with self-raised funds of 15.0112 million yuan. Recently, the company has completed the industrial and commercial change registration for this equity transaction.
