SigmaStar: Submitted application for H-share issuance and listing
SigmaStar announced that the company submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 26, 2025, for the issuance of overseas listed shares and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. On the same day, the application materials for this issuance and listing were published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's website. The subscription targets for this issuance and listing are limited to qualified overseas investors and domestic qualified investors who are entitled to conduct overseas securities investments in accordance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations
