WEB3 META released its annual performance, with a net loss of HKD 20.3 million

WEB3 META released its annual performance for the period ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 44.45 million, a year-on-year decrease of 64.3%; net loss of HKD 20.3 million, compared to a profit of HKD 17.535 million in the same period last year. Basic loss per share is HKD 2.76. The decrease in revenue is mainly due to structural challenges faced by the traditional internet advertising business, leading to a weakened willingness of clients to invest. Although the platform business empowered by the digital industry performed strongly, it has not yet fully offset the decline in traditional advertising business, resulting in a phase-wise decline in overall revenue
