DUO RUI PHARMA announced that its stock will be suspended from trading starting September 29, 2025, with the original plan for the suspension not to exceed 2 trading days. Due to the controlling shareholder, Tibet Jiakang Times Technology Development Co., Ltd., and the actual controller, Deng Yong, planning a change in the company's control, the overall plan is still under negotiation, and a formal agreement has not yet been signed. The company expects that it will not be able to resume trading on October 9, 2025, and will continue to be suspended for no more than 3 trading days
