GDK Biotech: Vice President Song Bin resigns for personal reasons
Recently, the board of directors of Jiangsu GDK Biotech Co., Ltd. received a resignation letter from Vice President Song Bin. Song Bin applied to resign from the position of Vice President for personal reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. His original term was set to end on May 10, 2026, with the actual departure date being September 30, 2025. Song Bin has completed the handover of his work, and his resignation will not adversely affect the company's production and operations. As of the announcement disclosure date, he did not hold any company stock and had no unfulfilled commitments
