CENTURY LEGEND signed a lease agreement with an independent third party, LuHaiTong, with a lease term from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2028, for a period of three years. According to the announcement from CENTURY LEGEND (00079), on September 30, 2025, the headquarters (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a lease agreement with Lu Hai Tong (an independent third party) as the owner, regarding the leased property. The lease term is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2028 (including the first and last days), for a period of three years, for the group to conduct hair design business in Central, Hong Kong.
