The new stock: Three Squirrels applies for Hong Kong stock listing and has obtained the record from the China Securities Regulatory Commission
Three Squirrels (300783.SZ) announced that the company recently received a filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company plans to issue no more than 81,548,300 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (00388.HK).
According to the filing notice, Three Squirrels must comply with relevant laws and regulations during the overseas issuance and listing process. If the issuance and listing are not completed within 12 months from the date of the filing notice, the filing materials must be updated. After completing the overseas issuance and listing, the company must report the issuance and listing status within 15 working days.
This overseas issuance and listing still require approval from relevant regulatory agencies such as the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, so there is uncertainty regarding this matter
