SHENG YUAN HLDG appoints CEO and Vice President

SHENG YUAN HLDG (00851.HK) announced that Li Hongli has been appointed as the company's executive director and chief executive officer; the chairman of the board, Zhou Quan, has been transferred from executive director to non-executive director, while executive director Zhao Yun has been transferred from chief executive officer to vice president.

The company stated that Li Hongli has held multiple positions in various financial institutions, including Executive President of Sunshine Asset Management (Hong Kong) under Sunshine Insurance Group, General Manager of Bank of Communications International Asset Management, and General Manager of Bank of Communications International (Asia)
