PINE TECH (01079.HK) announced that Zhang San resigned as executive director due to the need to spend more time handling his other personal affairs, effective October 3. He also resigned as chairman of the board, chief executive officer, member of the compensation committee, chairman of the nomination committee, and authorized representative on the same day.

The board further announced that Wei Yi has been appointed as executive director, chairman of the board, chief executive officer, member of the compensation committee, chairman of the nomination committee, and authorized representative, effective the same day
