On September 30, 2025, the 14th meeting of the fifth board of directors of *ST Jianyi was held in a joint signing manner. The meeting reviewed and approved multiple proposals, including the intention to sign the "Termination Agreement for the Monocrystalline Silicon Project Investment Cooperation" and deregister Jianyi Zhengyao due to changes in the market environment and strategic adjustments; to improve corporate governance, the supervisory board will no longer be established, and its powers will be exercised by the audit committee of the board of directors, requiring submission to the shareholders' meeting for the revision of the "Articles of Association"; it also plans to revise and formulate multiple internal governance systems, some of which will take effect after being approved by the shareholders' meeting; in addition, it is proposed to hold the 10th extraordinary shareholders' meeting of the company in 2025
