
HENGYUN GROUP A: The asset loss caused by the typhoon disaster is expected to exceed 10% of the net profit for the fiscal year 2024
HENGYUN GROUP announced that due to the impact of the super typhoon "Haikashan," the company's holding project companies, Guangdong Jiangmen Hengguang New Energy Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Jiangmen Hengguang Phase II New Energy Co., Ltd., suffered asset losses in the 500MW fish-solar complementary photovoltaic project in Haian Town, Taishan, Guangdong, but there were no casualties. The preliminary estimate is that the asset losses caused by this disaster may exceed 10% of the company's net profit for the year 2024. Currently, the Taishan photovoltaic project has partially resumed power generation, and the company has organized personnel for post-disaster cleanup, maintenance, and has contacted insurance companies to conduct loss assessment and insurance claims
