According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Wanshun New Material (300057.SZ) has announced that based on the company's future strategic planning and the needs of its main business development, it intends to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Zhongji Aluminum-Plastic Film Technology Co., Ltd. (the specific name is subject to industrial and commercial registration, hereinafter referred to as "Zhongji Aluminum-Plastic Film Company"), using its own funds of RMB 100 million from its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Zhongji New Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. The main business will focus on aluminum-plastic film, and the registered capital will be paid in stages according to business progress.
