AVIT announced that Mr. Chen Kunjian, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, decided to terminate the change of control matter with the counterparty due to the failure to reach an agreement on core transaction elements. This move will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's operating performance and financial condition
