Exciton announced that the Ningbo Caozhi Star Exciton Venture Capital Partnership, jointly invested by Ningbo Caozhi Star Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., Ningbo Youkai Venture Capital Partnership, Shi Yanyi, and Du Ming, has completed its business registration. The fund size is RMB 50.2 million, of which the company subscribed for RMB 25 million of the fund shares, accounting for 49.8008%. The partnership was established on October 10, 2025, and its main operating location is Room 3810, No. 360, Cihu Renjia, Cicheng Town, Jiangbei District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province
