October 16 is the last conversion day for "SanYang Convertible Bonds," and investors holding "SanYang Convertible Bonds" can still convert their bonds before the market closes that day; after the market closes on October 16, any "SanYang Convertible Bonds" that have not been converted will stop conversion. ② *ST Tianyu: The company's controlling shareholder, Wuhan Tongyu, is facing severe financial difficulties, with assets insufficient to repay all due debts and a clear lack of repayment ability, and has applied to the Wuhan Intermediate People's Court for bankruptcy liquidation.
