MBV INTL is accused of the controlling shareholder reducing holdings by 6.5 million shares, with the shareholding dropping to approximately 66.1%

MBV INTL (01957.HK) announced that it was notified by a controlling shareholder, MBV Capital, that on October 10 of this year, it sold a total of 6.5 million shares of the company's issued shares through on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange at an average price of approximately HKD 0.25 per share, representing about 1% of the total issued shares currently.

After the sale, the number of shares held by MBV Capital decreased from approximately 421 million shares to nearly 415 million shares, accounting for about 66.1% of the total issued shares
