B-Soft announced that the company received a "Notice Letter" issued by Koninklijke Philips N.V., stating that Philips will reduce its holdings in the company by a total of 15.79 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from September 25, 2025, to October 10, 2025. The proportion of shares held by Philips will decrease from 9.999996% to 8.977366%, accounting for 1.019528% of the company's total share capital. This change in equity will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
