Longertek: Director Zhang Guanghua resigns for personal reasons

Longertek announced that the company's board of directors recently received the resignation letter from director Zhang Guanghua. Zhang Guanghua has applied to resign from the positions of director and member of the Compensation and Assessment Committee for personal reasons. The resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors and will not affect the normal operation of the company.
