Weima: Chongqing Baohou has reduced its holdings by 0.9765%
Weima announced that as of October 15, 2025, shareholder Chongqing Bao Hou has cumulatively reduced its holdings in the company by 960,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for approximately 0.9765% of the company's total share capital, and 0.9884% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account. The reduction plan has been completed; after this reduction, its holdings have decreased to 188,000 shares, accounting for 0.1912%
