As of September 30, the Baicheng Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau owes the company over 108 million yuan in sewage treatment fees, resulting in Baicheng SUNTAR being unable to pay the effective judgment amount. As of the announcement date, the total amount applied for freezing for the company and its subsidiaries is 87.078 million yuan, accounting for 2.15% of the most recent audited net assets.
