WINSHINE SCI announced that starting from October 17, 2025, Richard Yu will resign as the company secretary and authorized representative, and Chen Yuyi has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorized representative
According to the announcement from Winshine Science (00209), starting from October 17, 2025: Yu Yayin has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as the authorized representative of the company to receive legal documents and notices in Hong Kong as stipulated under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong; and Chen Yuyi has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules, as well as the authorized representative of the company to receive legal documents and notices in Hong Kong as stipulated under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong
