According to the agreement, the Innovation Research Institute of CENTRAL NEW EGY will leverage its advantages in chemical methanol, project investment, photovoltaic modules, and energy storage systems to support the project construction of Jilin Huajin. According to the announcement from Zhonghuan New Energy (01735), on October 16, 2025, Jilin Huajin Energy Co., Ltd. and the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Zhonghuan New Energy Innovation Research Institute Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Under this agreement, the parties intend to establish a strategic partnership, whereby Zhonghuan New Energy Innovation will leverage its advantages in chemical methanol, project investment, green electricity photovoltaic component supply, and energy storage system supply to support Jilin Huajin in building green methanol and related new energy projects.
