The number of institutional investors participating in the inquiry transfer bidding and subscription is 14, with a total valid subscription of 17,830,000 shares, corresponding to a valid subscription multiple of 2.27 times. The shares intended for transfer in this inquiry have been fully subscribed, and the preliminary determined transferees are 6 institutional investors, with a total number of shares to be transferred of 7,850,000 shares
