Dagang Holding announced that in December 2022, it plans to transfer 52% of its equity in Zhongde Environmental Protection to Xi'an Dake for 280 million yuan. As of August 30, 2025, 146 million yuan has been received, with a remaining balance of 134 million yuan. In October 2024, Sun Jianxi plans to transfer 34,936,100 shares to Mangrui. To resolve the creditor-debtor relationship, all parties signed an agreement. On October 22, 2025, the company received 76 million yuan from Mangrui for the share transfer, completing the payment from Mangrui. As of the announcement date, Xi'an Dake still needs to pay 57.76 million yuan, and the remaining amount will be raised by Sun Jianxi, with the company urging him to make the payment as soon as possible
