Runda Medical announced that recently, shareholders Liu Hui and Zhu Wenyi's partial shares were judicially frozen by the Shanghai First Intermediate People's Court. Liu Hui holds 31,528,771 shares of the company, with 18,994,771 shares frozen this time, totaling 21,898,771 shares frozen; Zhu Wenyi holds 31,518,408 shares, with 1,189,056 shares frozen this time, totaling 1,189,056 shares frozen. The two are acting in concert, holding a total of 63,047,179 shares, with a total of 23,087,827 shares frozen. Currently, the shareholders have not received any legal documents regarding the freeze, and this matter does not affect the change of actual controller and the company's operations
