NewTechWood: Plans to change the use of raised funds of 8.9743 million yuan for the "Marketing Network Construction Project"

NewTechWood announced that on October 22, 2025, the company will hold a board of directors and supervisory board meeting, where a proposal to change the internal investment structure of the raised funds for the "Marketing Network Construction Project" was unanimously approved, involving funds of 8.9743 million yuan, accounting for 2.49% of the net raised funds. This proposal still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting. The company originally planned to build its own marketing network outlets, but in light of market changes and business needs, in order to improve the efficiency of fund utilization, it intends to adjust the implementation method and use the remaining funds for building outlets and market promotion. The sponsoring institution agrees to this change, believing it complies with regulations and will not harm the interests of shareholders
