Chint Electrics has established a new intelligent equipment technology company in Jiangsu
According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Jiangsu Shutai Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Huang Qiyin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 500 million yuan. The business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components, energy storage technology services, and leasing of photovoltaic power generation equipment. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhejiang Chint New Energy Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Chint Electrics
